Philip and Sibs Harrell - Owners
Philip and Sibs met in Seoul, Korea many moons. We've decided to call Virginia Beach home and look forward to having a positive impact on our community.

Philip is an Army Veteran originally from Compton, California. He holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and has over 20 years of customer service experience. Philip spent the COVID year attending ice cream classes at Scoop School and Pre-Gel of America.
​
Sibs is a Quality and Control expert for a local company. Sibs is originally from Queenstown, South Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Rhodes University.
